1. Return Eligibility

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.

  • Custom-built and made-to-order furniture are non-returnable.

Please include your order number, photos (if applicable), and reason for return. Once approved, weโ€™ll provide instructions for shipping your return.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • Please pack items securely to prevent damage during transit.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after inspection of returned items.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7โ€“10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Furniture

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include photos and details of the damage.

  • Weโ€™ll arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After production or shipment begins, cancellations may not be possible.
